About the role
Design, build, and operate large-scale distributed data systems and managed platform services used across the firm. Own platform provisioning, upgrades, reliability, and support, while incorporating engineering teams’ feedback into roadmap decisions. Bring deep experience with distributed systems trade-offs and large-scale batch and stream processing, along with strong Java and Python skills. Be comfortable with data modeling, schema governance, and cloud-native infrastructure such as Kubernetes, and able to communicate technical vision and lead through influence across a globally distributed organization.
