Associate Head of Trader Education

About the role

Co-design and deliver trader education, including options theory, market microstructure, risk management, and practical trading exercises, while mentoring and evaluating junior traders and interns. Manage and improve training programs with the Head of Education and desk leaders, including targeted development, rotational assignments, promotion criteria, and internship pipelines. Requires at least five years of trading experience at a proprietary trading firm, market maker, or similar quantitative trading environment, with strong options pricing, hedging, and risk management knowledge. Candidates should have experience designing or teaching training curricula, program or project management skills, basic Python experience, and strong communication skills.
