Crypto Derivatives Trader

About the role

Design, implement, and manage strategies for crypto futures and options, monitoring markets, executing trades, hedging exposure, and optimizing positions. Research market trends, develop trading models and tools with collaborators, document trading rationales, and maintain accurate records in accordance with risk, compliance, and reporting standards. Candidates should have hands-on experience in liquid digital asset markets, strong trading and risk-management skills, and knowledge of financial markets, blockchain, crypto market microstructure, and derivatives pricing. Strong quantitative abilities and proficiency with trading platforms, market-data tools, and Excel or scripting tools such as Python or R are expected; a relevant bachelor's degree is specified, while advanced degrees, certifications, and proprietary trading or market-making experience are advantageous.
