About the role
Run and manage a proprietary trading book with full discretion over strategy, position sizing, and risk. Take directional and relative-value positions, adjust exposure and hedges in real time, and develop and scale trading strategies. Requires at least four years of profitable dollar-denominated P&L and experience independently running risk rather than executing trades for others. Candidates should have deep expertise in one or more relevant trading products, comfort with data and execution tools, and a record of performing in a high-pressure, results-driven environment.
