About the role
The trader will make inter-dealer markets in corporate securities, responsible for quoting, executing, and managing risk on bond and equity positions. They will also help establish day-to-day trading practices, counterparty relationships, and operational workflows for the desk. Candidates must have three to five years of direct experience in market making and proprietary trading for a broker-dealer, along with an active Series 57 license. A deep understanding of regulatory rules such as Reg NMS, SHO, and FINRA reporting is required.
