About the role
Develop and execute options market-making strategies across APAC, price options, manage the trading book and its risks, and dynamically hedge positions. Identify relative-value and arbitrage opportunities, research systematic strategies, improve trading technology with technical teams, and engage with market participants and regulators. Requires at least five years of options trading or market-making experience, preferably at a high-frequency trading or market-making firm, with strong expertise in options pricing, risk, hedging, and market microstructure. Candidates should be proficient in Python and advanced quantitative methods, with excellent analytical skills and a strong academic record in a relevant discipline.
