About the role

Develop and execute ETF trading strategies in Taiwan and Hong Kong, using pricing models, NAV estimates, and arbitrage analysis to identify market opportunities. Research systematic strategies, improve algorithmic trading tools, collaborate with the market-making team, and engage with regional regulators, issuers, exchanges, and brokers. Candidates need at least two years of relevant trading experience at a high-frequency trading or market-making firm, ideally with ETF exposure, and strong knowledge of ETF mechanics and Taiwan or Hong Kong markets. The role also requires Python proficiency, advanced probability and statistics skills, strong analytical ability, a passion for quantitative trading, and a strong academic record in a relevant discipline.
