About the role
Develop portfolio construction, capital allocation, trader evaluation, and risk management frameworks for a crypto investment platform. Monitor portfolio performance and risk, establish reporting processes, and collaborate with the Founder and technical team to implement investment systems and controls. Candidates should have relevant experience in crypto portfolio management, hedge funds, proprietary trading, or multi-manager platforms, with a verifiable track record or investment oversight experience. They should understand crypto spot and derivatives markets, execution, leverage, liquidity, and exchange risks, and be able to build structured investment processes and work independently.
