About the role
Develop and execute financial power trading strategies in US markets, with direct responsibility for trading P&L. Independently make trading decisions, own risk, and potentially manage or scale a standalone book or sub-book. Candidates should have a proven track record in US financial power markets, including annual P&L of $1 million, returns of at least twice VaR, or strong and consistent risk-adjusted returns or return on capital. They should demonstrate independent decision-making, risk ownership, a quantitative approach, and strong knowledge of US ISO markets; standalone-book management and experience in proprietary trading, hedge funds, or energy trading are preferred.
