About the role
The Junior Trader will operate proprietary market making software, monitor market activity, and identify trading opportunities for equities and options. They will collaborate with senior traders to refine strategies, manage risk, and eventually take ownership of a dedicated book of equities. Candidates must have 3-7 years of experience in options market making and a strong background in quantitative analysis and equity pricing. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Mathematics, or Computer Science is required.
