About the role
Generate profits through volatility trading, including position-taking and market making, while managing portfolio risk. Improve trading infrastructure, develop strategies, and assess current and prospective markets for opportunities. Candidates should have a quantitative technical background, such as mathematics, physics, engineering, econometrics, or quantitative finance, and a strong interest in trading; trading experience is a plus. They should be numerically strong, analytical, detail-oriented, able to make decisions under pressure, and both competitive and cooperative.
