About the role
Join the core engineering team at a crypto-native proprietary trading firm and build and ship software to production. Work on technically challenging problems supporting the firm’s large-scale DeFi trading operation, with potential to progress into a trader-engineer hybrid role. Candidates should have 2–4 years of engineering experience and a strong record in education or work, with experience shipping production software on technically interesting projects. The firm prefers candidates from a tier-one crypto market maker, crypto prop firm, or systematic trading shop, but welcomes strong engineers from top technology companies; programming languages other than Python are accepted, and the non-compete must be six months or less.
