Lead IT Engineer - Secure Engineering | Crypto Liquidity and Market Making Firm

About the role

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing development of enterprise platforms across identity, endpoints, networking, backup, and SaaS. Set engineering standards, guide projects and colleagues, and remain hands-on with delivery, troubleshooting, incident response, and operational resilience. Requires at least five years of IT engineering experience, including technical leadership or substantial ownership of enterprise infrastructure projects. Candidates should bring expertise across enterprise infrastructure and security, strong judgment and stakeholder-management skills; regulated financial services or digital asset experience and familiarity with Zero Trust, VDI, ITSM, and workflow automation are preferred.
