About the role
Manage and optimize automated market-making strategies on centralized crypto exchanges, including quoting parameters, real-time inventory and risk monitoring, hedging, and strategy profitability. Analyze trading performance and venue economics, and collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to improve models, pricing, execution, and strategy deployment. Requires a numerical university degree with strong grades and at least three years of experience as a market maker or systematic/electronic trader. Candidates should have strong market microstructure knowledge, experience operating automated quoting strategies, familiarity with perpetual futures and margin mechanics, Python and SQL skills, sound risk judgment, and flexibility to support 24/7 coverage.
