Front Office Python Engineer (Prop Trading)

About the role

Build tools and systems across market data, pricing, strategy configuration, and trading analytics, working directly with traders to turn ideas into practical solutions. Shape and maintain the Python foundations that support the trading desks and the firm’s expansion into new products and markets. Requires strong Python skills and sound engineering judgment, including writing clean, tested, maintainable code and improving existing codebases without disrupting users. Candidates should have experience building internal tools, collaborating with business teams, communicating technical solutions clearly, and an interest in markets; prior finance experience is not essential.
