Quantitative Trader

About the role

Own and manage the Options trading book, taking direct responsibility for P&L, risk, real-time pricing, hedging, and trading decisions. Use signals, models, and tools to identify opportunities and improve execution, while collaborating with research and engineering teams and mentoring junior traders. Requires at least three years of experience managing an options book at a trading firm, market maker, or financial institution, with a proven record of profitability and disciplined risk management. Candidates should understand options theory, Greeks, volatility, and pricing dynamics, and be able to make fast decisions under pressure using quantitative models and signals.
