About the role
Develop and operate algorithmic market-making and arbitrage strategies across tokenised metals, commodity futures, and related markets, with responsibility for liquidity, hedging, risk, and strategy P&L. Build and maintain the supporting trading infrastructure, lead trading development for an on-chain RFQ solver, and manage external market-making relationships. Candidates need live experience running algorithmic market-making or arbitrage strategies with direct P&L and risk responsibility, strong Python skills, and a record of independently building and operating trading systems. They should understand order books, execution, inventory management, and quantitative strategy development, and be able to work autonomously; crypto market-making, metals, electronic FX or commodities, Rust, and DeFi experience are advantageous.
