About the role
Trade equity ETFs, futures, and related derivatives while owning and optimizing systematic market-making, arbitrage, and hedging strategies, including execution, inventory, and intraday risk controls. Develop and deploy trading models, manage ETF creation and redemption dynamics, monitor real-time risk, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve trading infrastructure and platform capabilities. Requires 3–7+ years of hands-on systematic market-making or ETF arbitrage experience, a strong understanding of ETF mechanics and market microstructure, and practical expertise in trading algorithms and risk management. Strong Python skills are required, C++ is preferred, and Series 7 and Series 57 licenses must be held or obtainable promptly.
