Senior Block Options Trader

About the role

Price, facilitate, and execute large and complex single-name and ETF options transactions while committing capital appropriately and managing volatility, directional, and other options risks. Build the block-options business by developing institutional relationships, partnering across sales, quantitative, technology, and control teams, and improving execution, hedging, and business performance. Candidates should have 5–10+ years of listed-options trading experience and deep expertise in options pricing, volatility, skew, term structure, Greeks, and complex risk management. Strong knowledge of single-stock and ETF options markets, sound quantitative and commercial judgment, and the ability to work effectively with institutional counterparties and cross-functional teams are required; existing desk relationships are desirable.
